It was pretty rough accommodations but we managed to get by with only 80 inches of screen each. We also played a couple stock maps that were a little less than exciting. I wish we had more time to play multiplayer but I really enjoyed finally getting a chance to play on my Baltis Causeway map, as well as having good fun on 's Oblivion Map and a modified version of To Fly 's Seclusion. Everyone was far more forgiving of the story with us all excitedly playing couch co-op. This was waaaay more fun than playing alone in my living room. The first goal was to have all the consoles I cared about, then a big ass screen to play them on, then to have enough gaming capable PC's to have a lan party, and finally to have the ability not to have my local gameplay experience hindered by game developers choosing to leave out split screen in their mp games. It's taken many years but I think I've finally completed my gaming wish list. I'm so happy to finally make the dream a reality.
I have been waiting for this thing for over a decade and been looking more seriously for one for a number of years. My Dad is now wishing he had picked one up when I mentioned it, because it would have been good for when he has his buddies over for watching sports on game nights.
Now if only I could get more than 4 people over to play HA!!!, I just realized I could have a 16 player Halo 3 tournament on 1 screen. Just need to pick up some HDMI adapters for the old stuff. Better than nothin, and I can now incorporate playing online mp PC games (Got 3 rigs), and or have a split screen gaming party consisting of my Intellivision, any Nintendo, any Playstation, and any Xbox. True, but I own 2 and my buddies own one each, so we just gotta treat it like the old Lan party days.
